Program description
Golden Spoon operates a customer-care, informational, and marketing/promotional SMS program. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to your inquiry, account updates, available financial product options, and offers and promotions from Golden Spoon.
How to opt in
You opt in by submitting our online form with the SMS consent checkbox checked, by texting a keyword to a number we provide, or by providing written consent through another verifiable method. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to several messages per week.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Golden Spoon is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Supported carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & data sharing
Information collected for the SMS program — including your mobile number and consent record — is used solely to operate the program and fulfill your request. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder of the mobile number provided. You must be 18 years of age or older.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
